What is the cardiovascular workout?

Regular, gentle strength and endurance training as well as stretching exercises are important measures to prevent cardiovascular diseases. A lack of exercise leads to back pain that can even lead to a herniated disc. The risk of further illnesses increases with too little exercise. Such diseases can be: high blood pressure, coronary artery disease, diabetes, cancer, osteoarthritis or osteoporosis.


Regular endurance training contributes significantly to the development and maintenance of good health. In particular, positive effects on the cardiovascular system are to be mentioned here, which results in a significant reduction in the risk of heart attack. Other positive aspects are the strengthening of the immune system and often also an improvement in the blood count.


Cardiovascular training is mainly about moving and strengthening the body holistically again. Basically, the intensity of cardiovascular training depends on age, previous athletic history and the objective pursued with endurance training. In addition, the basis for further strength and fitness training is created.
