Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy helps you to feel more flexible and, for example, to correct incorrectly learned sitting positions.

Why physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy comprises a large number of individual therapeutic measures to maintain and improve mobility, strength, endurance and coordination. The improvement of circulatory functions and the relief of pain are also the task of physiotherapy. Topics and areas of application can be posture and gait analysis, mobilization techniques, strength building, balance training, coordination training or conditioning training.

Physiotherapy on the device

Physiotherapy on the device is intended to improve muscle functions. Physiotherapy on the device (KGG) takes place on special rehabilitation devices. Your supervising physiotherapist will create an individual training plan for you - of course, taking medical aspects into account. As a result, improvements in muscle strength, endurance, everyday-specific stress tolerance and the normalization of functional movement sequences and activities in daily life can be expected.

KGG is used after operations, injuries or chronic complaints. Through targeted training, the patient regains normal mobility and resilience of the affected structures.

We can only offer physiotherapy on the device to privately insured patients.

Medical history and training plan

Before we can work out a training plan with you, we ensure that your complaints are resolved. To do this, we analyze your physical condition (strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination, balance) and also your goals and wishes. We incorporate medical findings and, if necessary, consult with your specialists. The more precise our analyzes are, the more targeted your individual training can be.
