A steady and regular endurance and strength workout, together with stretching is the background to prevent the apparition from cardiovascular diseases. Lack of movement may incur in back pain, lumbar disc hernia, high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer, arthritis and osteoporosis.

Endurance training contributes to obtain and maintain a good health condition. Special emphasis on the positive effects for the cardiovascular system, which lead into a significant reduction of heart attack risk. In addition to that there are other positive aspects, such as the improvement of the immune system and haemogram.

The purpose of cardio workouts is no other than to move and strengthen the whole body. The intensity grad will be adapted depending on following criteria: age, sport background and personal goals. Once the fundament has been achieved a training plan will be defined in order to keep and maintain the individual´s physical condition.
